Pain and Burning Sensation on the scalp

It has been 4 months since my symptoms started. I feel a lot of pain and heat on my scalp followed by needle pinches both on the scalp and forehead.  I have been to my doctor, dermatologists, endroconologist, ENT and no one has been able to help. There are no lesions on my face or scalp but I feel like if someone had peeled my skin off and rubbed hot sauce and lime juice. It is getting to a point that it interferes with my quality of life and everyday.  I also started to feel like my ears are going to pop (like when you are on a plane). This is constant. I went to see an ENT. I had hearing tests done and the doctor examined me and did not find anything wrong.  Who should I go see next?  I am sincerely desperate. I don't want to live with this pain anymore.
