Pain and Pernicious Anemia

Pain and Pernicious Anemia

After treatment of a case Helicobacter pylori, I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia.  I have been taking regular B12 shots for almost two years now and am still experiencing some symptoms, including: neck and back pain, weakness and fatigue, mental confusion, and impaired memory.  Although most symptoms are not as intense as they were, I am concerned that my neck and back pain remain an issue.  The pain is often times so bad I am unable to perform simple, physical tasks -- and when I do, it can take a day or more to "recover".  In addition to the pain, I have what may be considered a motor skills issue that is hard to describe.  I tense up when in close proximity of people or objects, such as furniture.  It's not the person or the object that is the issue, but rather how I am going to maneuver around it.  I am a little clumsy, but not to the degree in which I handle myself.  I will almost always think about how I will proceed around people or things before I actually do, which causes me stress and physical tension.  I have been told that I look frightened when navigating a room.  Is this also a symptom of pernicious anemia?  I have read a few articles online, but have found no particular mention of this.
