Hi, I am 24 years old. Some years ago I've noticed that when I stand for periods of about one hour.i have always thought this was normalNormal saline flush until recently when I noticed that sometimes when I bend or stoop particularly low I get this sharp prickly feeling ( not due to hot temperatureTemperature measurement ) in my lower back and a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys up my spine. I am afraid that the pain i normally experience from standing for some time has now progressed to something more severe.
I would really appreciate any advice on this since I am completely lost. What causes the prickling sensation???
I need some help in determining exactly what type of doctor to visit.
Pain and pricking sensation in the back on bending and standing for a long time are most probably caused by spinal nerve compression in the back. Please go for MRI of the spine and consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Physiotherapy and nerve decompression by surgery may help you. Hope this answer helps you. Take care and regards!
