Pain in back on hib & below thigh & even numb right leg

Dear Sir,

I am 34 yrs - while playing & lifting heavy items i got back pain - which is almost 02 months - which has distrub my sleep & increase my blood pessure - I am consulting several documents - cardiology / boon specialist / neurology specialist.

I had recently done MRI the report will come this week but as due to increase in blood pressure the cardiology has ask me to take hypertension pils but sleep disturbance is same - If i don't have pain i will get proper sleep.

I need to know -

@ who while be right consutant doctor
@ how long with it take to cure this pain
@ does blood pressure come under control normal after pain get cure
@ neurology specialist has suggest for surgery - how safe it is
@ it their any alternative way to avoid surgery

Hi, it seems to be neuropathy probably due to lumbar spondylosis, hypertension could be pain related or co incidence.

Consult neurosurgeon with MRI report, duration of pain depends upon extent of deformity in spine, although pain is extensively controlled by pain killers and physiotherapy.
