Pain in feet/hands (4yo)

Pain in feet/hands (4yo)

My 4-year-old daughter has complained about pain in the arches of both feet and the palms of both hands for the past month.

She had hand-foot-and-mouth disease in early July (very mild, only a few sores in her mouth) and the complaints about her hands and feet started about 2 weeks after. She first complained only of pain in her hands/feet. This is now accompanied by tensing her hands and curling up the toes of both feet, irritation/mood swings (meltdowns while complaining about her hands/feet), complaints about itching on her back (no rash visible), headaches (sometimes), dark circles under eyes, and sometimes constipation.

We are planning to have a full blood workup next week. Is there anything else we should be requesting the doctor to look at? From googling, potential causes may be diabetes, shingles, and vitamin b12 and/or folate deficiency. Any other suggestions about what could be causing it? My daughter is active, eats well (generally) and is of average height/weight.
