Pain in hips and joints - wondering if nuerologic

I have severe chronic hip joint and front and back hip pain, lower back pain. I have trouble walking as the pain shoots down my legs and centralizes a sharp pain in the joints. My feet are sometimes numb and tingling. MRI without contrast shows: Mild marrow heterogenity. The SI joints appear normal, with no erosive changes, fusion or assosiated edema. Small bilateral hip joint effusions are noted, although hip joint spaces are maintained. No hip fracture or avascular necrosis is identified. Muscles of the pelvis are grossly symmetric, with no muscle tear or strain identified. There are foci of increased T2 signal noted on the left hemipelvis, possibly due to ovarian cysts. Please help -

Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

I would suggest you post this question in an orthopedic forum.  You may also wish to have peripheral vascular studies to ensure that you do not a vascular cause for your pain.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
