by jo071260, Jun 29, 2009 01:52AM
I have been experiencing moderate pain in my left hip whle i walking or stand for few minutes. The pain rediates down to my leg. The outer face of my leg from hip to foot toe some times feel senless. the pain started in my leg muscle two months ago during the fifth day of my excercise (running on asphalt road ) for about 5 km  daily. The muscle stress in my leg radiated to my hip and somtimes to the lower part of back bone. I have been using pain killer and muscle relaxing pills for the last two weeks but no relief. I would also like to mention that i am 49 year old weighing 91 kg.My height is 5'.7". Please advise
