Intervertebral disc  at L4-L5 level shows diffuse bulge with right para-central  and postero lateral  disc protrusion causing significant impingement on bilateral lateral recesses and neural foramina  (right >left) alongwith thickened ligament flavum.
Right facet arthropath is also noted at this level

No evidence of any intra spinal mass sen. Bony spinal canal is normal in dimension.
Spinal cord under view and the conus medullaris diplay essential normal signal intensity

Hello Dear,
You should consult a physical therapist for the pain management of your wife. She can do back extension exercises and yoga which will help her.You can also try alternative therapy like homoeopathy for her.
She should religiously do yoga and go to the physical therapist as medicines usually do not give results and continuous exercises are the only treatment apart from surgery.
