Pain in right breast and shoulder

Hello. I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some insight on my pain. About 3 months ago I started having pain in the deltoid muscle on the outside of my right arm. It has progressively gotten worse and spread to the shoulder and rotator area, and is now painful all day every day even when at rest. My entire arm feels a little tingly and off. I do have tendonitis in my wrist and sometimes my fingers get numbish. Also around two months ago I started to have pain in my right breast, on the underside. I noticed it first around my cycle time and it eventually went away. This past cycle it happened again although the pain has not gone away. I jumped on my boyfriends back for a piggy back ride and had pain in the right breast, that is when I started to get very concerned. Then this morning I am feeling pain in my right hip area. Does anybody have any insight they might be able to give me?? I have scheduled doctors appointments but the soonest I can get in is in a few weeks. I do have scoliosis but I have had it all my life and never had any issues, I am 34. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
