Pain in shoulder, neck and back

I fell down 2 months ago.  Doctors are still discussing as to why.  Had CTMyleo of neck and mri of brain and lower back.  The upper right side of my back hurts alot when i try to carry somthing in my hand (haning to my side).  It hurts when i walk and swing my arm.  The AC join is painful too.  the docs have assesed that yet.  Still waiting for that appointment.  Any suggestions as to what it could be??  Also it hurts the center of my back when I bend my neck forward.

Injury  to the back may cause spinal stenosis,degeneration,disc prolapse or any other pathology causing the pain.Nerve conduction studies and electromyography should be done .You should consult your neurologist and discuss regarding the use of drugs like lyrica,gabapentin and conservative methods like physiotherapy.
