Pain in shoulder tingling in arm/hand

I'm 23 years old and began having tingling in my right hand during work about 10 months ago which escalated to numbness and tingling all the time. I finally went to the ortho who was was very unhelpful but suggested it was my urnal nerve and scheduled an EMG. The EMG said I had no nerve damage, so the dr. just acted like I was fine and prescribed some anti inflammatories. This was very frustrating and as a grad student it was and is very hard to use my hands. I then quit my repetitive job, started working out a lot more and still wear my wrist brace at night so my arm has gotten better. However, I still cannot do anything repetitive with my hands or arms without discomfort. I also have had a constant pain in right shoulder. I'm hoping to learn something else I can be doing to help this. I don't want to have this for the rest of my life or ever through the rest of grad school (typing not pleasant).
