Pain in testicals

Hello Doctor,
I am 27 year old male, 5'-8", 65 KG, working for a private company in accounts department in India, i am regularly feeling pain in my testicals, pain is more on left side and from last one year, i consult my doctor and after examining he told that cause of pain is musucle stiffness due to masurbation, i do masturbate but max to twice in a week.
Pain start and go away after few minutes but some time it remains for more than 24 hours and some times it never pain. Some time i also feel pain in upper parts of legs & hips, when pain starts on left testical upper side of left leg also start paining but i feel like pain only in some inner side nerves of legs.
I also have high level of URIC Acid from past one year and taking medicines for the same, from past one month i also found that my hands & body shivers when i do running or heavy physical activities, when i woke up in morning start feeling tired after 2-3 hours.
Doctor please suggest why i am feeling pain in testicals, what should i do, what is your advice.
