Pain in testicles

by Alex1974, Nov 16, 2007 05:51AM
Hello,

I have a pain in testicles and I feel like i have a kind of ball inside which causes a strange feeling. This happens after i took an injection for Gonorrehea. Can you please inform me if this is normal? Also I would like to know if I can take any medicine in order to help this pain and ball to disappear.

Thanks
Alex

Hi, the pain of testicles is not related with the injection. Most probably, you have developed orchitis(testicles inflammation due to infection) and the ball you are feeling could be epididymitis.

Please consult the doctor as antibiotics should be started immediately.A scrotal support will help in decreasing the pain too.
