Pain in the right thigh with tingling down to toes

Female, 27 yo, 63 in, 136 lb, active lifestyle
I have been referred to multiple doctors for the continued pain in my right thigh and the tingling occuring in my toes.  In Oct 08 I was hospitalized for 7 days due to rhabdomyolosis, CKT (high) 14000 and released at 300.  After a 2 week recovery time I went back to usually training, intaking more water with work outs but after a month the pain in my thigh returned on a more continual basis.  Tingling occured down the front of the leg like shin splints and to the top of the foot to the toes (second and third).  In 2009 I have had MRI of both legs and lumbar spine with nothing diagnosed. Examined and cleared by neurosurgery and now referred to neurolgy a year later the pain persists. My right leg often feels like it is "sleep" and movement and stretches no longer provide any comfort. I have been told to get a muscle biopsy and a nerve conduction test, which to date has not been done. I have blood drawn and test run to determine if I am anemic, diabetic, and to watch levels from CKT. More so than a diagnosis I'm hoping for suggestions of relief to the pain. (tried yoga, stretching, intense water intake, mobic w/ muscle relaxer, and cold compresses)
