Pain on one side of the body

Hello -

I'm 37 year old, married and healthy.

I'm having chronic pain on my left side of my body for the last 8 months.  These are my symptoms.

- Pain in my left hand between the last 2 fingers (little finger and ring finger).   The pain worsens when I press between the 2 fingers in my left palm.   I'm getting numbness in my left hand in the night while sleeping, and the pain worsens.

- Pain behind my left knee, left leg path, and between the big toe and index toe.   The pain worsens when I press between the toes, or my path.

- Pain on left side of my genitals which includes my left groin, left perineum, left side of penis, left testicle.  However several urologists ruled out all STDs, epididymitis, etc after several extensive tests.   I don't have any visible changes anywhere in my body.   He was saying, I should rather consult a neurologist or a psychiatrist for healing the chronic pain.

Some thing really strange - when pain in the left hand increases, the pain in my genital reduces a bit, and vice versa, when the pain in left genital increase, the pain in my left hand reduces a bit.  

My MRIs reveal I don't have any nerve impingement as well.

I don't know what I'm undergoing.    Can anyone say whether it is neuro related problem or something else?  What is the solution to this?  The pain is real, and I'm very much frustrated.  Has anyone experienced similar problem?
