Another likely possibility that may be affecting you is an impinged or irritated nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity at the cervical spine level, which can be due to degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, vertebral malalignment, or overly tight neck muscles. This would cause the headaches, as well as neck pain radiating to the back and shoulders.
If you do not have any OTC pain medications and the symptoms are severe, you should probably go to the hospital for immediate care.

First of all, please try to calm down. Anxiety and stress can exacerbate your symptoms and we don't want them getting worse than they already are.
Migraines can present with symptoms such as yours, as do tension-type headaches. Have you taken anything for the pain such as over-the-counter pain medications? If you haven't, you should take some to help relieve some of the pain.
