Pain on top of head and crackling/popping sensation

I am experiencing pain on the crown of my head.  Not just a regular headache but burning stingling and painful peopping and crackling.  I feel like i put icy hot on my head. This has happened once before and i was given antibiotics and it went away.  Now a couple weeks later its back   Any ideas?

It may be a sinus, so antibiotics were given for your Frontal snius infection. Avoid allergens, avoid cold irritants, try to find out what is causing this. Go for an ENT examination and take some antibotics and anti inflammatory drugs. Take care!

I have been batling with headaches since I can remember, age 3. Now I am 36, and it is just getting worst. It feels like a stabbing pain in the centre of my head. Pain between my shoulder blades and when I sit down and want to get up I am stiff in my lower back and needs to gradualy get upright. This is very painfull. I also hve kidney reflux and sometimes wonder if this is not a possible cause for my headache.
