Painful Spots All Over My Head...HELP!

For the past month, I have incurred extra amounts of stress and have noticed my headaches are every day and I have developed small spots all around my head that are tender to the touch (actually painful when pressed) and I'm worried. My head feels foggy also.

I suffer hyper tension which mean I get night time headaches and soft spots on scalp so maybe a doctors visit is in order

With all the stress, you may have developed what is called
`cluster headaches', or just simply daily migraines. They do cause that fogginess in you mind. My friend has the cluster headaches frequently since she has a very physical, high stressed job and the fogginess comes along with it she says.  Everybody gets their own signs of them in different places on the head or face.  Her sign of having one is not only pain in the head, but her right eye partially closes and stays that way until the headache is gone. Yours I guess would be the tender spots. The pain can be in a particular spot of the brain which causes the signs to show up differently for each individual.
