Painful foot spasms to music/vibrations

Hi,about 6years ago i dislocated my left foot and since then i have a very painful response to any music or vibrations, It creates a spasm in my foot and depending on the pitch of the vibration i feel it in different parts of my foot. The spasms started in my foot and over the years it has streangthened up to my knee and in very loud cercomstances i feel it spasming up to my hip. It feels like a lightning storm going off in my leg and foot. I have been on anti epileptics,antidepressants,pain patches,sympathetic nerve blocks and nothing has helped. I have been to see numerous neurologists and do not agree with any of their daignosis.
Is there anyone out there who can help?
