Painful symptoms

I currently working with a rheumatologist but they are starting to think my symptoms should be investigated by a neurologist.

Just a quick background -
Positive ANA 1:80 speckled.
Chronic inflammation (high crp)

He did a RA and CCP panel and I'm negative for Rheumatoid arthritis. I'm negative for Lyme.  No anxiety.

Typically the left side is worse but I have:

Legs, arms, hands, feet, neck, hips and shoulders.  Muscles all around these areas.
Stiff - chronic
achey (achy) - chronic
burning sensations (the affected area actually sweats sometimes, kinda weird), with use
muscle twitches, with use
pins and needles (very painful), with use
weakness - chronic

Some parts really hurts.  Muscles near my knees and elbows are sore to the touch.

Voice is weak, I've gotten clumsy and I'm starting to drop things a lot.

Some of the muscles feel numb.  Not the skin but the muscle.  Sometimes I'm really sensitive to heat.  Sometimes I can put my hand in cold water and it feels warm on my fingers (but normal in other spots).  If I turn up the heat on the water it feels like it burns.

Sometimes it feels like I might not be able to control my hands.

Some days it is hard to pee.  I can go but feels like there's more and it actually takes a lot of effort to push out.

Usually whenever my voice feels weak it also feels strenuous to breathe.  I currently have to use a CPAP.

What are some things that I could ask my doctor to check out?
