Pandysautonomia?

I was diagnosed with Pandysautonomia about 3 years ago. I am 26 years old. The  only treatment (IVIG) didn't work. The symptoms started about 6 years ago. My thyroid stopped producing hormons, my female hormones stopped being produced and my period stopped. My digestive system was severely affected as well. Does anybody else have these symptoms or have the same diagnosis? I'm not getting better and none of the doctors know what to do.

I'm sorry about your diagnosis.  Other than IVIG, plasmapheresis and immunosuppresive drugs, I think dysautonomia is just treated symptomatically.  Maybe you should see a doctor who specializes in autonomic dysfunction if you haven't already done so--Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, a good university hospital if one is near you, and see if they have any more suggestions.  I was dxd with an autoimmune autonomic neuropathy.  I have digestive/stomach problems as well-gastroparesis.  It sounds like your glands have really been affected if you've stopped having your periods at such a young age.  Have they suggested anything in the way of hormone replacement therapy?  What kind of digestive problems/symptoms (or other symptoms) do you have?  Do they think the cause of your pandysautonomia is autoimmune in nature--was blood work done to try to identify the cause?
