Paralysis of leg, penis, rectum and back pain

42, male, After having a bad back. I hoped down from a high bed and my left leg was suddenly unable to bare any weight. I also had numbness of the end half of my penis but could still feel the urethra. Also couldn't feel when I needed a bowel movement and couldn't push at all having no sensation in my rectum or anus.
Then had increasing pain in left lower abdomen which worsened over next 3 days, decending colon was solid and felt like it was tearing but still couldn't have a bowel movement. Was agony and max painkillers wouldn't stop it.
Also had unrinary hesitance but when started could not stop and it would dribble for ages often resulting in peeing a little down my leg after I thought id finished.

You require immediate admission to an ER and preferably a 3T MRI ASAP. Continued nerve entrapment will result in atrophy of the nerve and permanant disability.

Thank you. But this happened in a hospital in front of a Dr. Who said "what's that all about then?" I was given Paracetamol IV, Ibuprofen, Oramorph (10ml) on a rolling basis as pain in bowel increased, then codien added to the list. Then after 3 days told by another Dr "There is no clinical reason for you to be here" and discharged against my will and very loud complaints.
This was a clinical eval ward. I was originally there due to chest pain  (I had suffered a heart attack a few months before). The whole paralysis thing was totally from left field.
I begged them to do an MRI and several emegency admissions later one soft Dr relented. 3T MRI showed disc bulge at L4/L5 and L5/S1. But not enough in their opinion to cause the paralysis !
