Paresthesia, tics

Paresthesia, tics

I am 30 year old male. Some six months ago I went to see a doctor, because of pain in my finger and toes joints. After thorough examination, doctor diagnosed polyarthralgia, caused by previous viral infection, however she advised me to go to see a cardiologist.

I didn't go to the cardiologist, until I felt sick three months a go. There, it was discovered that I had intense arrhythmia VES (7500 a day, 4B), couplets, triplets... I was prescribed Amiodarone, and Concor... Echocardiogram was fine, I was negative with Coxackie virus, thyroid gland was fine, there is slight problem with a valve, but nothing big... Doctor is still not sure what is causing it..

I've been taking Amiodarone for two and a halve months, now, and arrhythmias have been completely eliminated.

One week a go I've started to feel paresthesia in my feet, and right arm (sometimes very intensive), and I developed tics and muscle jerking, all over my body (especially at night). I first thought that it might be Amiodarone causing it, so I quit taking it for five days, but symptoms did not go away.

There is a history of different neurological dysfunctions in my family. My cousin suffers from MS, my father had a problem with his right leg (it was not properly developed, due to some kind of  neurological disease when he was a baby. My father was born in 1937, so it was during the WWII, and no one was able to determine the cause ).

My cardiologist is at a vacation, should I wait for three weeks until he comes back to work, or should I contact a neurologist in a mean time?
