Paresthesia causes?

Paresthesia causes?

Over 3 weeks ago developed pins & needles first in right leg, then right arm and finally areas on right side of face.  4 Days into this was seen in ER and admitted to hospital for 4 days for tests.  EKG, heart echocardiogram, CT of brain w & w/o contrast, MRI of brain and entire spine also w & w/o contrast, ultrasound of bladder (why?) ALL normal.   Lumbar puncture done along with a lot of blood work.  Negative Western Blot Lyme, EEE and West Nile tests.  No B-12 def. Only things that came back outside of normal ranges are the following:

CSF Oligoclonal Bands: 6
CSF IGG Serum 742 (L)
MCHC 32.0 (L)
EOS .7 (L)
Basos:  1.5 (H)
CSF Protein:  56.8 (H)
Blood Chemistry - CRP:  8.49 (H)

My entire right leg from toes to the right side of my crotch and right buttock are numb/pins and needles.  Dr. started my on doxycycline in case it is Lyme 5 days ago.  Since 4 days ago right knee and quad muscle have become painful.  Right thigh also very itchy - no rash.  Also some notable muscle weekness in the right leg that is causing instability.  I see another neurologist this Wed. (9/22).

Any insight as to what this might be and what kinds of questions I should be asking my Dr. would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
