Passed out or Seizure + Feel like not enough blood or air to Brain 2wks post

Hello.  2 weeks ago tomorrow, I either experienced a siezure or passed out.  I suspect it may have been a siezure as I bit completely through my lower lip and there was no other injury to the front portion of my head, but that is only an assumption on my part.

Leading up the the episode, I was seated.  The room I was in started darkening, going sparkly and I started to feel strange.  I got up and made my way to the bathroom, feeling stranger and stranger.  I was observed by others who assumed I was incredibly intoxicated (I was not) or something.  I got into the bathroom, looked in the mirror and the next thing I know I woke up on the floor hearing myself half moaning/screaming as I was waking up.  I somehow got up but remember I couldnt seem to figure out how to unlock the door for some time.  I then fell again as I was feeling horribly fatigued and weak but was awake.  The ambulance was called.  I thought I was OK, just a bit banged up.  The EMTs checked me out and as mentioned my lip was injured, my ear was split open and the back of my head had been hit quite hard (it is still tender an sore).  My blood pressure was 85 over 55 in the ambulance.

As I was in the ER I became very dizzy.  I got horrible vertigo.  I received a tetanus shot.  In the ER, I got a CT scan which came back normal.  The ER diagnosed me with Syncope.  I thought I could have been drugged but it was too expensive of a test to do on a normal basis.  I assumed I had hit my face on something and that is why my teeth went through my lower lip (just under it) but in hindsight I realize there is no way that could be the case as there was no soreness to my teeth, jaw, or other part of mouth at any time.  Also no bruising at all.  I was stitched up and sent on my merry way with some anti-biotics.

I slept for almost 30 hours straight.  I was totally out of it and remained VERY dizzy and with the bad vertigo for about 5 days.  I went back to the ER on day 3 after my Dr's recommendation because he believed I had a concussion.  ER Dr. re-did CT scan just in case post- bleed and it was clear.  Confirme mild concussion and post concussive disorder, however was suspicisous that it was some sort of neurological event and I am to follow up with a Neurologist.

The dizziness is much less unless I move or look downward or upward too much.  I still have vertigo when I lie down.  What I now have though, is a constant feeling as if I am coming down off of sucking the end of a whip-cream can (or a whipit).  In fact, if I could describe the feeling before I passed out it was like a very strong version of the whip-cream can.  I dont feel like myself.  It is as if I am not getting sufficient oxygen or blood into my brain.  I am not sure if it is the chicken or the egg or all related to the same thing.

Anyone else heard/felt/experienced similar?
