Past Cervical Surgery reccuring symptoms

Back in July of 2015 I had disc fusion of C5-6 and C6-7. Last summer I started having symptoms again with radicular pain in both arms and now my feet. I went to a neurosurgeon and he ordered an MRI. Now before I went into my surgery my surgeon advised me that C4-5 was showing the same signs as the 2 I was having fused. It took a year for my first surgery because I guess I did not have the "usual" symptoms that would call for such measures but after my surgery I had no symptoms and felt great. Any ways my MRI shows Mild to moderate canal narrowing, at C4-5 is related to ligamentous thickening and spondylosis. it also states that there is Mass effect on ventral cord greater on the right side.
