Paxil and feeling cold sensations

I was put on Paxil about 4 weeks ago and know i am getting this feeling like i have put on icy hot all over, like when you put on a cold wash cloth on and took it off and blew on your skin. I have this feeling mostly on back and arms. I was put on Niaspan for about 2 weeks and DR took me off cause i was breaking out in hives. I was wondering if this could be a side effect of Paxil. I do know one of the side effects is sweating. But feeling cold like and itchy has me wondering. any help would be helpful. Thanks.
