Pending Diagnosis

54 yr old male........11/07 used backpack blower to do yard work and experienced pain in right shoulder/back area while repetative movement done with right arm during activity, within 2 weeks developed muscle "twitch" in right shoulder area tranlating to elbow.......GP sent me to Orthopedist, did exray, nothing indicated.......Orthodedic sent me to Physiatrist for EMG/NCV and results normal......Went to Neurosurgeon 2/08, termed condition a tremor, mentioned clonis-like, no muscle atrophy, no loss of strength, tremor just right arm generated from shoulder (no hand tremor), conducted cervical and brain MRIs, both considered normal........Indicated no symptoms related to PD......Went to Neourologist 5/08, also confirmed no PD symtoms (symptoms) and conducted blood/urine tests all came back normal (within ranges)......Neorolgist said he was "stumped" and referred me to movement disorder specialist (appointment scheduled 10/08)..........Very frustrating......Noting I was on Budeprion SR for 6 years, last 3 at 150mg/day, Simvastatin at 20mg/day for 2 years, still on Omeprazole at 20mg/day for 2 years and I understand all can causes tremors.......I stopped Budeprion 5/08 and (coincidentally?) started experience numbness down sides of both legs, last three toes after each night's sleep, some minor very occasion muscle/nerve twitching in left shoulder if lying on same shoulder.........Everything subsides during day except tremor and note I can will the movement to stop and then it returns and this is not continual through day, only when work-related stressor induced....Stopped taking Simvastatin 8/08 "cold" after reading it caused PD-like neuropothy and went back on 3 days later and experienced extreme adverse reaction(s) and pharmacist said I'm now "allergic" to same and to cease medication.......Pending specialist appointment 10/08, went to GP and had lower back MRI last week to see if lower torso numbness/pain/burning is due to lumbar area issues, results appointment next week.....Very frustrated, compounded by poor sleep due to tremor and leg pain, further compounding overall health, wellness and ability to concentrate at work........Trying to self diagnose as MDs are not offering much.......Hoping it's medication related and staying medication free will relieve symptoms.......HELP........Comments, feedback welcome.........Please.......Thank you
