Perepheral Neuropathy, shoulder to elbow pain, pinched nerve in lower back,

I am 57, Diabetic, High Blood Pressure have Neuropathy in my feet, have right arm swelling, severe pain in arm to shoulder, pinched nerve in lower back and having some pain in right breast. What should I do?

The large scale medical studies performed to date, have shown that tight and consistent control of blood sugar, will reduce the risk or possibly progression of diabetic neuropathy. Unfortunately there is no specific treatment apart from analgesia.
It is also very important to control blood pressure, in terms  of the risk of stroke.
As far as the other symptoms go, I don't have enough information here to provide a comment. Check with your GP and for an referral to a neurologist.

Do you have a regular doctor whom you see to oversee your general health?  If so, have you discussed these health issues? Many of them could be caused or made worse by your diabetes, especially if your blood glucose levels are not well controlled.  If controlling the diabetes doesn't reduce or eliminate your symptoms, you may need referral to specialists, but I think talking to your doctor and controlling your blood sugar are the first thingss to take care of.

The first priority is the blood pressure , you wrote saying that you have High blood pressure , you ought to control this first .

I suggest for you visiting the Doctor to assess ,prescribe drugs to control it .

If you mean that you are under treatement of High blood pressure , then i could go through your shoulder problem after you assure .
