Peripheral Neuropathy with Abnormal Bone Marrow - does anybody know what this means?

I have suffered from peripheral neuropathy for the last two years.  I have an elevated IgM and also elevated Igm-GMI antibodies.  I recently had a bone marrow biopsy which showed lymphoid aggregates that consist of CD3+ T lymphocytes.  Fungi and TB in my bone marrow were ruled out.  My haematologist and neurologist cannot explain it as all my other tests have come back normal (free light chains, Bence Jones Protein, Electrophoretic pattern).  Does anybody have similar findings or know what this means?
