Peripheral neuropathy +

I'm a 50 year old female in good health. I saw a neurologist recently for frequent severe headaches that started about 9 months ago. He thinks that these are complicated migraines brought on by menopausal hormone issues. He did a Romberg test, which was positive, and I've noticed for some time that I get dizzy/almost fall when my eyes are closed (for instance, in the shower or when putting a shirt on). I also found out that I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet. I had noticed numbness in my fingers but thought it was due to working on the computer. My reflexes are normal. I've had a CT, MRI, and spinal tap, and all were normal. The only abnormality so far on blood work is a thiamine (B1) deficiency. I'm having more bloodwork done looking at autoimmune issues as well as other vitamin deficiencies. What are your thoughts? I'm concerned about the issues I'm having given my age.
