Pins and needles in ring and pinky finger

I have been experiencing minor numbness and that "just waking up from falling asleep" feeling in my left pinky and ring fingers.  It started about 6 days ago.  It has me a little worried.   I am a 23 year old female with no other symptoms.  I do type a lot at work but from what I've read Carpal Tunnel doesn't involve those fingers.  If I bend my elbow or lay on that arm in exasorbates the problem.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be?

could be irritated ulnar nerve some things you could  try is sleep with towel wrapped around you elbow at night to keep it straight. also dont lean on your elbow when driving or just sitting it is a  very common habit we all do and it can damage the nerve. hope this helps.
