Yes, you really need to get to a GOOD neurologist right away and get 1. a brain mri, and 2. probably some kind of picture of your groinGroin lump Groin pain Groin stretch Jock itch Swollen lymph nodes in the groin and lower abdomen (MRI, or CATSCAN) depending on what the doctor wants to do. Also, and the urologist should have spotted this, but it sounds like your prostate is enlarged and choking your urethra, I have the same problem, but I am 46, you are kinda young to have that problem, in fact even I am kinda too young to have this problem, which means you really need to have your prostate tested (PSA test) to make sure it's not anything like cancer - but I think that unlikely.
To continue with my above post....I also have issues with my hands and feet becoming cold as ice with no reason. I have a loss of appetite and have lost about 20+ lbs. over the last 2 months. Some of which can be cutting soda, caffeine, chocolate, ect., but I still don't really have much of an appetite. The urologist checked for enlargement of the prostate and found no abnormal swelling. The CT scan revealed enlargement of the seminal vesicles, but he is pretty sure that isn't the problem. My urodynamic study revealed good pressure in the bladder, but next to nothing upon urination from the penis. He said the bladder appears normal in function, but he is concerned about the lack of pressure and output from the end of the bladder to tip of the penis. He doesn't believe it is prostatitis because no white cells were in my prostate fluid, he doesn't believe it is an enlarged prostate because he has felt or had results to show that, he said it isn't the bladder because nothing was showing any abnormalities in the bladder. My wife's concern is it may be some neurological issue because the urologist said that he thinks it is at this point. What neurological problems am I looking at here. I am now very concerned about this. Thanks for any information. - Dave
