Please read my EEG Report and tell me what is the problem ......

Below is my report:

"Awake EEG With HV and PS

The Background activity in Pc and FT leads consists of poorly defined alpha activity 11 HZ [30- 50 UV] , intermixed with low voltage activity and fast activity. There are bilateral symmetric with poor response to VS.

HV and PS non contributory

Conclusion:
EEG is mildly abnormal and the findings suggest bilhemispheric dysfunction as evidence by poor alpha index."


Actually i asked abt this with my phycatric . he says nothing to worry much . you will be cured if you take these medicines.

Can any one tell me what my report reveals?
