Hi.

Have you been assessed for these symptoms by a Neurologist? The symptoms suggest there may be some cognitive fluctuations. Can you mention your age?

There are some conditions where thinking ability fluctuates on a day to day basis. A thorough neuropsychological assessment may help.

Hey, thanks for the reply.

The brain fog can happen on an epiosodic basis. Sometimes it appears I have it, with my thoughts slower than they should be and other times, such as in writing this message, it seems to have subsided. It is similar to a constant dull headache, making it hard to think.

Hello.

The tender spot may be a localized infection. Please get it examined by a skin specialist.

The symptoms of brain fog does not appear to be related to the tender spot. Can you elaborate on the brain fog?
