Possible MS - Pain in hip

I'm a 37 year old female with possible MS - we're doing all tests, waiting game, etc.  My left side is primarily affected.  I've started having a lot of pain in lower left hip area - does this go with all other symptoms (numbness, pins & needles, fatigue, dizziness, facial numbness & pain, muscle aches).  Or am I looking at something else with this?  It does basically feel like a muscle ache in that area - just more localized than other muscle aches.  Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Dear Cheri:
Pains are not uncommon in MS, and are multifactorial - such as from spasticity, root irritation, arthritis etc. Pains such as yours, which to me clearly sound musculoskeletal, cannot be attributed to MS. A search for an alternative cause such as hip joint disease may or may not be warranted depending upon the nature, severity, and chronicity of the pain.
I hope this answers your question.
