Powerful rush when exicted

Hello :)

So bascially I'm a 23 year old male and throughout my entire when I get exicted I have the urge to clinch my body, shake, squeeze my hands and make random noises. The best way to describe it is this trapped energy/pressure inside of me that I have to release and it just feels good. No one has ever said anything to me because I come across like a normal run of the mill person, and when I get excited around people I can suppress my actions. When i'm on my own I will move my hands and make weird noises, bascically see the full extent of it.

Another thing that I do which may be related is I tend to say things out loud to myself and repeat them like 3 or 4 times, kind of like a reassurance thing. Not sure if that would be related low?

Basically you are not getting enough exercise.  It's kind of like a bored cat.  They are lying around, and then they start thinking about something and their eyes dilate and their back goes up and they tear off running at nothing.  They just need to get rid of some adrenaline to be able to relax.

Start running or doing other vigorous exercise that causes you to breathe hard.  Maybe tennis or racquetball.

Repeating things just goes to show that what we think and say has an effect on our mood.  I think you are just soothing yourself.  Try to make friends with people who are nice and soothing.
