Pressure in head

by mark152, Nov 04, 2009 03:21PM
For the last 15 years I have had a constant pressure in my head, best way to describe this is pressure on the roof of my mouth and at the back of my nose. This sometimes gets worse when I lie down on my bed. I have noticed that the roof of my mouth is much less sensitive than it used to be, when I run my tongue on the roof of my mouth, I no longer experience a tickling sensation, although I can still feel my tongue against the roof of my mouth. Sometimes I feel a little dizzy,my co-ordination is sometimes not as good, sometimes I find it quite difficult to fall asleep when I feel the pressing in my head. I have thought about going to see my general practitioner, but feel like I would be wasting his time and that he would say there is nothing wrong. Should I go to see my doctor?
