Problem after surgery to create my graft using for hemodialisis

I didn't know after a I have surgery my arms and trans[plant that vein from the cow, the same day I done with the surgery my hand and my finger turn cold and nun, for a while it get better, but when I come home the system.begin and get worse, my hand so cold my finger cold and numbness I don't fell that much.Do anyone know about it
please answersas soon as possible, I really appreiciate
