Problems after Gamma Knife

My wife had Gamma Knife Radiosurgery for trigeminal neuralgia over a month ago. The pain has been greatly increased, in spite of increased gabapentin and rest. It even got worse when Lyrica was added. Has anyone else experienced adverse reactions following Gamma Knife Radiosurgery for TN?
