Prolonged dizziness

Hello,

I am a 33 year old female, and I wear contact lenses and sit in from of a computer all day. Lately my eyes feel like they are constantly straining, and I get headaches. Last night I was home and sitting in front of my computer and a dizzy spell hit me hard out of the blue. I thought if I were to go to bed I could sleep it off, but work up and still felt very dizzy, so much so that I can hardly walk straight. Any idea what is wrong with me? I don't have insurance and can only go to the doctor if absolutely necessarry.

Could be a variety of problems. From Blood pressure to hearing difficulties (vestibular problems) I do believe that a visit to your doc is warranted. There are so many possible things it could be. I have had dizziness and have recently been diagnosed with a moderate bilateral hearing loss. (High frequency) It could be neurological, as well. Go the the Doctor!!!!
