I do not know how it is affected in a pressurized cabin aircraft but it surely affects mine as I fly in an open helicopter (I am an aerial photographer). The last flight up I was shooting at about 5000 ft elevation. I got so sick and was so hoping for the flight to get over fast. I also noticed after spending an afternoon in a neighboring town with a 5400 ft elevation that I became sick again. Best wishes-Hal
