Pulsatile Tinnitus

The sound of pulse in my right ear was getting worse few days ago...i felt that my right neck was swelling and discomfort....feels like there's phlegm in it...i decided to walk-in to A&E SGH since my appointment with ENT is in Feb....i told the doctor what im going thru and finally found out that i m suffering from tinnitus...he said that he will somehow need to refer this matter to the ENT specialist....my appointment is rushed to this week...But doctor mentioned that it is something which is not easy to cure....I read thru online alot of articles on tinnitus and found what the doctor mentioned was correct....its not easy to cure...im so worried....worried that this will one day affect my life in any way....i read that it may cause hearing loss or even tumors.....what can i do....
