When he had the pains, we checked hi BP, but they were just slightly higher than normalNormal saline flush. We have done an MRI (CT Scan) and they have found nothing wrong. They have informed that it must be acute migrane. We did another round of MRI in another hospital and they have informed us that there are some dead cells in the head. But the main cause of the pain is acute migrane. I am worried about the dead cells. Could it mean anything? Why would someone get pulsating pain on the right side of the head? Please advise.
