Pulsating temple headache

I have a pulsating pain in the right temple. It sometimes goes to my arm and down my leg, but not always. The pain in the temple is almost always there. I can make the dull aching pain go away if I put pressure on my temple.

I have been to a neurologist once and he did a few simple tests but thought I was fine.

Since then the pain has changed and is now constant.

Is this serious?

Thank you! I wonder if I need to see a doctor. I do not like the idea that it is causing a dull aching on one side of my body.
