It is difficult to say without clinical examination. High BP and aneurysms in brain can cause pulsations in the head, but these two possibilities have been ruled out by negative MRI and BP test.
In some patients migraine causes pulsations in the head. This definitely requires further evaluation and a neurological exam. Meantime take it easy and do not strain yourself unnecessarily.
