Pulsing eardrum cause??

I am a patient of multiple concussions and the last one was pretty serious and I have a team of about 7 doctors trying to help me. Many of my symptoms have gonna away with therapy and things but the one thing no doctor can get a handle on is the throbbing headache I constantly have. I've gotten 2 MRIs and a CT but I have braces so the pictures do not show up clearly. The doctors on my case suspect something more then a concussion may be happening but they're not sure bc the pictures were unclear so they might have to take the braces off but anyways the point is something else may be happening and today I adapted a new symptom that I find suspicious. When I touch from the top center of my head down to my left ear there is a weird pulsing that happens in my ear almost like my eardrum is bumping very aggressively into the walls of my ear but when I stop touching my head the pulsing stops. Also afterwards my head will feel hot/burn. I was just wondering if anyone would know a possible cause for this and if it may be alarming and may possibly be crucial to my post concussive recovery. Thanks!!
