Question regarding chronic pain in the shoulder, neck and leg.

Hello,
I am a 28 years old man, which suffers from multiple orthopedic and neurological issues. I would like to ask several questions regarding my condition and hopefully find a solution online.
I am currently suffering from:
• Pain and tension in my left shoulder, upper left back, jaw, left hand all the way to the fingers, left foot all the way to the fingers.
• Pops and clicks in all of the related joints.
• numbness in the left cheek, shoulder, arm and hand including the fingers (all of them), as well as the left foot..
my background:
I am working in front of the computer all day.
I have suffered from pain that was caused by sub discharges of my left shoulder in the past years. on January 2013 I done the bankart repair shoulder arthroscopic stabilization surgery.
2014 - Worsen of the mentioned pain, in addition I had pain and tension in my neck and jaw (TMJ).
2015 - numbness and loss of feeling in hand, getting worse each day. pain in lower back and left lag (perhaps unrelated).
I have tried several physical therapies, went to see several doctors, they suspect that I have disc problems in the neck and also carpel tunnel syndrome. they suggested another surgery.
Tried acupuncture, it didn't help. maybe the therapist was not specialized to treat these kind of problems?
I got appointments for CT scan for the neck and rheumatologist but its two months from now. my problems get worse every day and I have to fix them.
Questions:
Could it be that the bankart repair surgery damaged some of my nerves?
Do you know any other treatment which could be helpfull?
I am from Israel but I am willing to do anything including travel in order to fix my problems.
Thanks,
Danni.

When you stopped the post-operative exercises, the pain came back.  Just how much time has passed between then, and when you tried the exercise(s) again?

If your shoulder feels more mobilized by particular stretches, those may be very beneficial (but possibly not).

- are you aware of re-injuring your shoulder (beyond merely irritating it)?  I see that as the biggest danger here

- do you choose very healthy food choices (esp. leafy green vegetables)?

- do you smoke?  or are you exposed to smoke at home or work?

- are you on any prescription medications?

- some of your symptoms seem clearly (pain) stress related.  Have you had any stress relief training (meditation and the like)?

I've had two unrelated shoulder injuries (neither involving surgery):

Once, from really heavy lifting when I was merely 20ish, that took seven years of massage therapy to recover from.  But mostly the recovery process involved learning how to avoid re-injuring the area -- my solution to avoid re-injuring my soft tissue injury became relying heavily on backpacks instead of carrying things of any notable weight and/or for any notable duration using my arm(s).

The second instance was when I was much older and I was unlucky enough to get frozen shoulder syndrome  (again caused by moderately heavy lifting but repetitive over several weeks and not a one time thing like earlier).  Sometimes such a syndrome just comes out of the blue for no particular reason.  But this second episode really helped focus my attention on studying how our shoulder joints work, what can go wrong with them and how to help their recovery (I've a science degree in the physical scientists, so enjoy researching topics).  My recovery time was the classical two year period, which is very typical for the syndrome.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The injury was caused by doing a push up without prior warm up.

I have done the post operation exercises for 5 months after the operation. once I stopped, the pain came back. I have tried the exercise again recently, but it didn't help.

it's hard for me to tell what worsen my pain. but definitely working out at the gym worsen it. I am currently doing a protocol by www.selfcare4rsi.com, I feel more pain because of these stretches, but my shoulder feel more mobilized.

I have a feeling that my general posture as well is not good, while working or walking.

What caused the original shoulder injury?

Have you received and been doing the recommended post-operative exercises?

Would you describe your situation as feeling overwhelmed and more than somewhat out of touch with what worsens your discomfort (and so, have difficulty avoiding growing tenseness leading to higher pain levels)?
