Dear Bobby:

You need to go to a person who is an autonomic expert.  One uses temperature chanages and heat changes to note autonomic function, in the distal extremities.  There are other tests they may use but this is individual.  Treatment is based on what is causing the problem.  The Mayo clinic has an autonomic expert.
