Question

Hi,
I just had a question about some symptoms I've been experiencing in my foot lately. I get a regular physical each year, and am deemed healthy but last week I was walking and the bottom of my foot began to hurt horribly. I eventually walked it off, but a few hours later at home my toe started to twitch and my foot felt tingly.  since then I have felt the occasional twitch, but nothing like the first time (continuous for about five minutes). Could this just be brought on by my anxiety/worries (I may have a mild anxiety disorder) that it is something worse? I have also felt the pain on occasion but it's not as intense as it was the first time. Any comments would be helpful.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I do walk alot during the day, and I find that my feet do tingle- recently I have noticed similar symptoms in my right foot. I think this has always happened, but I am paying more attention to it now than before. Could this be due to the walking I do?

Hello.

When you have such symptoms, you should think of either a nerve problem or blood circulation problem. Your neurologist should be able to find it out after careful examination and investigations.

If you exercise regularly, have you ever experiences such pain or tingling before, in the gym or while jogging ?

And is the pain and tingling in both the feet ?

Regards
